My approach: 

Primal Health & Wellness is aimed at helping you return to an optimal state of health. What that means will be different for everyone, but whatever your health goals are we'll try to get there together. I integrate acupuncture treatment with a holistic lifestyle approach including diet, exercise, and stress management. I draw from the rich tradition of Chinese medicine as well as modern insights from evolutionary medicine and ecopsychology to help you reestablish a state of wellness in your life.

About me:

Gregory Ripley, L.Ac.  is licensed by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice. He graduated from NWHSU in Bloomington Minnesota with a Master of Acupuncture (M.Ac.) degree and is nationally certified as a Diplomate of Acupuncture  by the NCCAOM.  He has additional training and certification in Constitutional Facial Acupuncture. Gregory trained in a variety of clinical settings around the Twin Cities including The Edith Davis Teaching Clinic at NWHSU in Bloomington, Cerenity Senior Care in St Paul, and Pathways Health Crisis Center in Minneapolis, among others.
